Preservation

The Preservation working group focuses on theoretical and applied questions related to the acquisition, recovery and preservation of physical and digital artifacts. The group is exploring different approaches to preservation in light of the current state of resources in the Canadian context.

As part of its work the group will be producing a series of research reports. Its final report, expected in 2030, will identify and evaluate opportunities for shared preservation and recovery infrastructure in Canada.
